Sanjiv Mirchandani photoSanjiv Mirchandani - President
Sanjiv Mirchandani is president of National Financial, a leading provider of clearing, custody and brokerage solutions and a unit of Fidelity Investments, the largest mutual fund company in the United States1, the No. 1 provider of workplace retirement savings plans2 and a leading online brokerage firm. Mr. Mirchandani assumed his current position in March 2009.

Prior to this role, Mr. Mirchandani was president of Products and Marketing for Personal and Workplace Investing, responsible for the management, growth and profitability of Fidelity’s consumer products and services for Personal and Workplace investors. Before that, he was executive vice president of Brokerage and Asset Management Products within the personal investments business, including Fidelity’s retail mutual funds, FundsNetwork®, Portfolio Advisory Services, brokerage accounts and retirement, education and healthcare savings products.

Previously, Mr. Mirchandani was general manager for the retail retirement business, including contributory IRAs, Rollover IRAs, self-employment plans and pre-retiree services, and before that was senior vice president of Customer Segment Management, where he was responsible for marketing and improving customer profitability for all of Fidelity’s retail customer segments. Mr. Mirchandani began his career at Fidelity as senior vice president of Retail Market Planning, overseeing retail strategy with functional responsibility for market research, database marketing and industry analysis.

Prior to joining Fidelity in 1994, Mr. Mirchandani spent six years at the American Express Company as a director of marketing in the consumer card business. He began his career at the Citibank consumer bank, where he worked for three years.

Born in 1961, Mr. Mirchandani received a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Bombay, in India, in 1982 and an MBA from Cornell University in 1984.


Richard N. Hart III
Richard Hart is senior vice president, New Business & Initiatives for National Financial (NF), a unit of Fidelity Investments, the largest mutual fund company in the United States1, the No. 1 provider of workplace retirement savings plans2 and a leading online brokerage firm. Mr. Hart acquired his current position in May 2009 and is responsible for overseeing International, Self-Clearing Solutions and Platform Management. He reports directly to president of National Financial, Sanjiv Mirchandani.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Hart was senior managing director and global head of securities operations & strategic initiatives for State Street Global Markets LLC (SSGM LLC) from 2006 to 2008. During that time, he also acted as chief operating officer of SSGM LLC and was responsible for developing the firm’s successful international trading, execution and settlement service. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Hart was vice president and head of both Operations and the Integration Team for BrownCo LLC, an E-Trade holdings company. In his role, he was responsible for overseeing BrownCo’s acquisition by E-Trade and insuring that all operations and communications ran smoothly under his conversion plan.

Mr. Hart acted as vice president and head of Operations for JP Morgan Invest LLC from 2004 to 2005. As part of the executive Merger & Acquisition Team in charge of on-line brokerage for JP Morgan Chase, he had direct responsibility for all back office transaction processing, credit and operational risk management. He held a five year tenure with Penson Financial Services from 1999 to 2004, where he most recently acted as chief operating officer. Mr. Hart previously held financial services positions with Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker; Sungard Brokerage Systems and State Street Bank & Trust Company.

Mr. Hart received his bachelor of science degree in business administration and finance from Merrimack College in 1991 and his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College in 1998. He currently holds his FINRA Series 7, 63, 24 and 27 licenses.


Bobbi Masiello
Bobbi Masiello is senior vice president of new business development for National Financial, a leading provider of Integrated Brokerage Solutions® and a division of Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is the largest mutual fund company in the United States1, the number one provider of workplace retirement savings plans2 and a leading online brokerage firm. In this role, Ms. Masiello is responsible for overseeing new business development efforts and business management initiatives.

Ms. Masiello joined Fidelity in 1986, and since that time has held various senior leadership positions in the areas of relationship management and operations, including serving as head of National Financial's client integration, training, and support services, responsible for business integration efforts encompassing product deployment, support, training, and documentation. Prior to this, she led the company's strategic client relationship and emerging client management and sales segment, developing business models to support large and complex clients. Ms. Masiello assumed her current position in March 2006. She began her career working in the retail brokerage division at Goldman, Sachs & Co, where for four years she was responsible for fixed income trading supporting high net worth clients. Ms. Masiello's background also includes working in the institutional trading group at Drexel Burnham Lambert, and as senior vice president at Financial Engines, where she oversaw the company's client management division.

Ms. Masiello attended Northeastern University in Boston and holds series 7 and 24 licenses. She is active in numerous community and civic organizations in the greater Boston area.


Michael Norton
Michael Norton is a senior vice president of Client Management Services for National Financial, a provider of Integrated Brokerage Solutions® and a division of Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is the largest mutual fund company in the United States,1 the number one provider of workplace retirement savings plans2 and a leading online brokerage firm. In this role, Mr. Norton oversees the client experience and implementation functions, as well as several technology functions, including technical support and platform deployment. He also leads the National Financial Service Steering Committee, composed of senior operations officers from a number of client firms.

Prior to joining Fidelity in August 2007, Mr. Norton held senior management positions at Bank of America from 1999 until 2007, including serving as chief operating officer of Banc of America Investment Services, Inc. (BAI), the nation's third largest bank-owned brokerage.4 In this position, he was responsible for leading key business-enabling support functions, including middle office operations, broker solutions, investment centers and market growth. Prior to this Mr. Norton was director of Operations for BAI.

Previously, Mr. Norton was chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Banc One Investment Services Inc. from 1994 until 1999. His background also includes various roles in corporate finance and financial management at Barnett Bank, where he began his career in 1986, and served until 1994, when he left the firm as chief financial officer of Barnett Securities Inc.

Mr. Norton received a bachelor of science degree in finance and accounting in 1984 and an MBA in finance in 1986, both from the University of Tampa.


John Phillips
John Phillips is executive vice president and national sales manager for National Financial, a leading provider of Integrated Brokerage Solutions® and a division of Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is the largest mutual fund company in the United States1, the number one provider of workplace retirement savings plans2 and a leading online brokerage firm. In this role, Mr. Phillips is responsible for driving new business development efforts and overseeing the company’s national sales team.

Mr. Phillips began his career at Fidelity in 1989, and held various positions, including roles in operations and retail brokerage, as well as in sales and relationship management at National Financial through 1999. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Phillips was Director of Global Operations for Gomez Advisors, where he was responsible for managing operations for domestic consulting and market research. He also served as Principal for the company’s international division, overseeing business operations in the United Kingdom, Japan, Korea and Canada. Mr. Phillips rejoined National Financial in 2002 and most recently served as regional sales manager for the Northeast and Midwest. He assumed his current role in March 2008.

Mr. Phillips received a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Vermont, and an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
